Volt is one of the three starter Warframes, alongside Excalibur and Mag, obtainable during the quest “Awakening”. However, right now Volt Prime is unobtainable until the Vault brings him back, so you may need to roam around the Trade Chat in case you want him.
His Prime version also displays better higher armor and energy capacity, as well as an additional polarity. The varied nature of his abilities makes him highly versatile in combat, and since they’re electricity-based he’s effective against the Corpus enemies. A natural speedster with the power to wield and bend electricity, Volt is a highly versatile Warframe that uses his electric abilities to damage, provide cover, and complement the ranged and melee combat of his cell.
